Live-Music-Scene was first set up in April 2007 where it ran as a blog for the space of a year before it became as you see it today. Our aim has always been to draw attention to the great music you can find on your doorsteo. Although our main focus is the Bristol/Bath area, we will cover bands from far and wide in the form of CD revews.

I've always wanted Live-Music-Scene to be a place where people feel they can find out about different music and find a band they can take a chance on to go and see.
Please feel free to let me know what you think of this site, and I will take the time to email you back, as I would love to hear what you have to say. I'm always welcome to suggestions to what can be done to improve the website to encourage more people to gte back out to gigs.
We can't afford to pay you, but any gigs we ask you to do, will have a guestlist spot provided, so that you don't have to pay to get in. It doesn't matter who you are, or how much experience you have, we're just looking for enthusiastic people that can put pen to paper and make sense, that are willing to cover the many gigs that we are asked to cover, or write about the CDs we are sent.
We work with several PR companies around the country, such as Mercenary Publicity, Radar Maker, S-a-N Agency, Hero PR, and Motion PR, which has started to open up the opportunity for more CD reviews and gigs for us. We hope to continue to build up contacts around the country, to have more gigs available to those who want to work with Live-Music-Scene, and to gain more content for the visitors to the website.
When it comes to working for Live-Music-Scene, it doesn't matter how much time you can commit to the site, we just want to hear from people who share a passion for live music.
